Meet Nichole
Nichole Maniscalco is a seasoned financial services leader who previously served as Senior Vice President at a Fortune 500 company, while working under the mentorship and leadership of Irene Pappas throughout her career. During her tenure, she held two major roles: Director of Financial Intermediary Oversight and Manager of the Lake Mary Contact Center.
As Director of Financial Intermediary Oversight, Nichole ensured that intermediary partners operated in full compliance with regulatory requirements, and that intermediary shareholders received service aligned with the firm’s standards and procedures. She also led the Lake Mary Contact Center, where she was responsible for delivering exceptional service and cultivating a high performing team environment.
Nichole began her career in 2009 as a Client Service Specialist. Her ability to consistently exceed performance expectations and drive meaningful improvements led to her promotion the following year to Lead Trainer. In 2014, after participating as a mentee, she was invited to join the firm’s Mentoring Committee. She elevated the program’s visibility by developing digital resources and organizing impactful events for participants.
Known for her innovation, operational expertise, and cross functional leadership, Nichole became a key contributor to several major corporate initiatives, including the development and expansion of the Financial Intermediary Oversight department. In 2020, she relocated with her family from New York to Florida to open a new site for the department, serving as site leader while also overseeing the Florida contact center.
Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Pace University and an MBA from Long Island University.
